RETURN POLICY

1. Time

Valid within 7 days of receipt.                                                                                

2. Process

Contact us at yuzizstore@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Transport and shipment of return will be at the buyer's cost. 

3. Reason & Deal Way

3.1 Dislike or dissatisfaction.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to show us the receipt or proof of purchase.

3.2 Cancellation in transit

Please reject the shipment when it arrives.

3.3 Shipping damage or wrong product.

If the  item is defective, damaged or not the item you ordered, please take clear photos/video of the Items when opening the package. Please kindly inspect your order timely and send us with your order number and these photos or videos via yuzizstore@gmail.com within 3 days. So that we can evaluate the issue and will remedy the failure or defect, the remedy will consist of repair, replacement and refund.

 


REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
