What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t right, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Just reach out to our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or style?
Yes — as long as the item is in unused condition, we’ll help you exchange it. Contact us and we’ll get it sorted.

How do I take care of my gear?
Rinse your gear with fresh water after each use and let it dry fully before storage. For paddles and hydration packs, store in a cool, dry place to extend their life.

Yuziz is a standalone brand and company. That said, we’re proud to be official resellers of Z & J Sport gear . Offering select products from their high-performance lineup as part of our broader collection.
